Initially founded under the name B. Young Performance & Apparel in 2017, 19 year old Active Duty US Marine Brian Young started a fitness brand out of his barracks room at Camp Lejeune NC.

Brian had a vision of creating the perfect wrist wrap. After trying dozens of other brands he found they were boring and made of cheap materials that kept ripping and were uncomfortable. Brian wanted to make wrist wraps that everyone could relate to and find to be an extension of their personality all while maintaining the best quality and comfort. After trying many manufacturers and materials, he found what he liked and what he didn't like. what would fit the perfect crafted Wrist Wrap.

Brian was holding inventory of thousands of fitness wrist wraps in his storage lockers in his barracks room. his superiors thought he was crazy. While active duty Brian was able to work alongside Headquarters Marine Corps and gained permission to use the Desert and woodland camo designs on his wrist wraps. Brian Used this opportunity to share his fitness brand among the Marine Corps fitness community. Slowly gaining traction.

May 2019 Brian's Marine Corps Active Duty Service ended. Brian Continued the endeavors of B. Young Performance & Apparel for the oncoming months. After struggling with transitioning to civilian life. B. Young Performance & Apparel was shut down August 2020.

October 2023 B. Young Performance & Apparel was rebranded into What is now Bay Wrist Wraps. A Veteran Owned and Operated Brand. To this Day Bay Wrist Wraps is still known for their highest quality, uniquely designed wrist wraps amongst the industry.

Bay Wrist Wraps strongly supports the veteran community and continues to outsource graphic design work, photography, and ad management from active duty military and Veterans.
